First Strike Baseball First Baseman Progression (Forehand)
Another part of our First Baseman fielding progression. Remember as first baseman or any infielder for that matter we always want to try to get in front of the ball. There will be situations where a ball will take you in the hole between first and second and you will have no choice but field the ball on your glove side. Repetitions with stuff like this will make those plays seem like a walk in the park.
