First Strike Baseball First Baseman Progression (Picks Forehand)
Here is another example of our fielding progression. This time shown to you by a first baseman who is demonstrating glove side “picks” Remember as First Baseman weather its a “pick” from an infielders throw or a hard hit one-hopper to our glove side we want to make sure we are “going to get the ball” with our hand.
