What kind of baseball glove does my left handed child need?
Hi, I’m a Mom & my little boy is going to be playing baseball for the first time. He is lefthanded. Would he need a left handed baseball glove? Or since he would be pitching w/ his left hand, need a right hand one for his right hand or need one of each for different plays? Thank you in advance to anyone that answers.

He needs a standard left handed youth glove, which he wears on his right hand.
One of my kids is a lefty too, we usually buy our gear at
http://www.baseballsavings.com
They carry both left and right handed gloves and have good prices.
Best of luck!

He needs a glove to wear on his right hand, preferably about 11 1/2 inches. Three reputable stores are represened on this site. Baseball Express, Softball Sales and Amazon (which many times has good sales for young ballplayers)
